I work from home, so space will be limited. I will allow it, but please ask in advance. Tardiness: - If you are running late, you will receive a 15-minute grace period. Once this grace period is over, you will be charged a $10 late fee. Refunds: - I do not offer refunds on any service. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let me know within 2 days and I will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. Rescheduling: - Rescheduling appointments can only be done 48 hours before your appointment, to avoid losing your deposit. Rescheduling the day before or the day of will result in a new deposit being required. Final reminders ✨ - Please send me your inspiration a couple of days before your appointment to save time, so I have time to buy something if I do not have it! - Please include your name and the date of your appointment. - I do not rush any of my work; the time listed for each set is an estimate.
